Do you often read an article and think to yourself, "This must be a joke," or perhaps, "No one could be THAT stupid?" Then you look and see that this story is from one of the mainstream news sources. I see such stories all of the time and here is where I post some of the more ridiculous ones.

I don't know how Bush can justify that. The money is supposed to be used for "utilities", I wonder if it will be as succussful as the "oil for food" program.
